Whenever I try to mirror my screen by using the 'duplicate' option on my Windows 10 laptop onto the Roku TV, itll start to connect but I wont get the prompt on my Roku TV, I checked the settings and its set to 'prompt' yet it wont receive the prompt when I try to connect to it. I've tried uninstalling the roku app (buggy), disabling/enabling mirroring on the tv, unplugging, resetting audio settings, factory reset, uninstalling the Roku TV audio driver, removing the TV from devices in control panel, disabling all other audio outputs, etc. When you want to display content from your phone or tablet on a nearby TV, you may be able to use screen mirroring. Within the last week however, I can no longer get audio when casting with the Windows 10 built-in screen mirror function. So I purchased a brand new TCL 8-series tv and initially had no trouble casting to it via miracast (roku android app) and with Windows 10 laptop ("connect to wireless display" feature).
